Shipping Policy

All of our products are made to order and then shipped directly to you. Please be aware that when you purchase a product from us, it goes in to production as soon as  your order is processed and paid for. This process will generally take 72 hours, on average, to complete. This is in addition to standard processing and shipping times. The actual production timeframe varies depending on the specific manufacturers turnaround times, shipping point of origin and the specific product. 

Processing Time

Orders are processed immediately for production. Once this is completed, your order will be shipped within 2–4 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

Standard shipping typically takes 5–7 business days after production time and processing

Domestically produced orders are typically expected to arrive within 5-8 days. Some of our items are sourced Internationally and will arrive within 10–21 business days. We want you to know that we, and our partners, will always do our very best to get you your items as quickly as possible. The shipping times from a specific manufacturer location to your location and the lead time necessary to produce each individual garment will vary,

International Shipping

We ship worldwide. International orders typically arrive within 10–21 business days depending on the destination and the lead time necessary to produce each individual garment.

Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees assessed by their country.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Use it to track your shipment through the carrier's website.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date via our Contact page with your order number and photos if applicable.

Address Changes

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are unable to promise that we can successfully change addresses once an order has been processed.

Returns

We accept returns within 21 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be:

• Unworn and 
• In original condition with all tags attached
• Free from odors, stains, or damage

Final sale items are not eligible for return.

Exchanges

We happily exchange items for a different size, subject to availability. Exchanges must be requested within 21 days of delivery. If the desired item is unavailable, we will issue store credit or a refund once the original item is received and processed. .

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

1. Contact us via our Contact page with your order number and reason for return or exchange.
2. We will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.
3. Ship the item back using a trackable method. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item was defective or incorrect.
4. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 business days.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you received a defective or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will cover return shipping and send a replacement or full refund at no charge.
