Processing Time
Orders are processed within 2–4 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Domestic Shipping (United States)
Standard shipping typically takes 5–7 business days after processing. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout. Free standard shipping on orders over $75.
International Shipping
We ship worldwide. International orders typically arrive within 10–21 business days depending on the destination. Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees assessed by their country.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Use it to track your shipment through the carrier's website.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date via our Contact page with your order number and photos if applicable.
Address Changes
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are unable to change addresses once an order has been processed.

Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be:
- Unworn and unwashed
- In original condition with all tags attached
- Free from odors, stains, or damage
Final sale items and accessories are not eligible for return.
Exchanges
We happily exchange items for a different size or style, subject to availability. Exchanges must be requested within 30 days of delivery. If the desired item is unavailable, we will issue store credit or a refund.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
- Contact us via our Contact page with your order number and reason for return or exchange.
- We will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.
- Ship the item back using a trackable method. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item was defective or incorrect.
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 business days.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you received a defective or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will cover return shipping and send a replacement or full refund at no charge.
